Chances are that if you have been around computers, keyboards and mice as long as I have you may very well have some Carpal Tunnel Syndrome problems like I do.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, from repetitive computer activity. It’s painful. And it may not be the only problem brought about by working on a computer all day long. Tendinitis or Tennis elbow is another.

Exercises do help. But I read something I wanted to pass along.
